ON YOUR OWN

  1. Brush twice a day. After breakfast and before bed, be sure to always brush your teeth! Be sure to brush all of your teeth (not just the ones in front). Take your time and make sure you get all areas sparkly clean.
  2. Floss. Flossing helps make sure you don’t get cavities or decay between your teeth, where your toothbrush can’t reach. With your parent’s help, slip the floss between each of your teeth to make sure you get all of the food out. Do this once a day.
  3. Watch what you eat and drink. Too many sweets, sports drinks or juice, and soda can cause nasty sugar bugs. Eat and drink healthy and you will have a healthy smile!
  4. Visit Dr. Wolff twice a year. By visiting Dr. Wolff regularly, you will be well on your way to many years with a terrific smile!
  5. When you lose your first tooth, write a letter to the tooth fairy! Losing your first tooth is a big step for you! Let our tooth fairy know about your big moment!
  6. Smile! When you take care of your teeth, you will have a happy, sparkly smile that others will love to see. Show it off!
