Appointments are scheduled at your convenience and when time is available. Pre-school children should be seen in the morning because they are most alert and fresh. Dr. Wolff can also work more slowly with them for their comfort. School children with many restorations to be done should be seen in the morning for the same reasons. Missing school can be kept to a minimum when regular dental care is continued. If needed, a school excuse note can be provided upon request.
Since appointed times are reserved exclusively for each patient, a 24-hour advance is required to cancel if you are unable to keep your appointment. This will allow Dr. Wolff and her team to accommodate other patients, if they have sufficient time to notify them. Dr. Wolff asks for your assistance in this regard. If regular abuse of this policy takes place and you do not cancel your child’s appointment within 24 hours, there will be a charge of $75.00 per child.
